Services Offered
I am trained to offer therapy to any person over the age of eighteen, and can support with a range of issues, such as: anxiety, depression and low mood, stress, grief and loss, life changes, physical and mental health difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, bullying and trauma.
I also have a particular interest, and a number of years experience, working with people with dementia and their carers.
Online Therapy
I offer online counselling to clients, using a secure virtual platform. This enables you to receive counselling in a convenient and safe space. There are a number of benefits to online counselling, including:
Accessibility - Online counselling provides clients who may struggle to travel to appointments for any number of reasons, the opportunity to still receive counselling. It also means that I can work with clients that are not geographically close to my practice, and therefore, you are able to work with the therapist that feels right for you, rather than choosing a therapist based on their location.
Comfort - Online counselling means you can receive the therapy you desire from a space you feel comfortable, safe and relaxed in.
Flexibility - Receiving counselling online often means more flexibility in appointment times on offer.
Fees
I offer therapy sessions at the following prices:
15 minute consultation call, to establish what you are hoping to gain from therapy, and whether we could therefore work together - FREE
50 minute online counselling sessions - £40
I offer a reduced fee for students undergoing training that requires them to receive therapy - £30
I kindly ask that payment is made before each session.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend an appointment, please give 24 hours’ notice – you will not be charged for this cancellation. If this is not possible, please let me know as soon as you are able to. Equally, I will give as much notice as possible if your appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.
If notice of cancellation is not given, then you will still be charged for the missed session.
